Tofu Scramble (Vegan BFD)

Recipe Instructions

1. Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a pan.
2. Add onion and cook until fragrant.
3. Add carrots and cook for 5 minutes before adding other veg.
4. Add crumbled tofu and sliced mushrooms and saute until warm and/or crispy.
5. Mix in spices and stir well.
6. Serve with avocado and hot sauce :)
