1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, and peanut butter to make the dressing. Set aside.
3. Cut carrots into thin strips, shred cabbage and cube the tofu.
4. Cook the veggies & tofu in a little bit of water until soft and warm.
5. In a serving bowl, combine the steamed veg, tofu, and pasta together and mix in the dressing.
6. Serve with extra sauce, and peanuts on the side.
