1. In a pot, combine 1:1 water and rice. Bring to a boil, put the lid on, turn off the stove, and set aside.
2. Chop the veggies, and saute in warmed pan with a little bit of oil until fragrant.
3. Add in soyrizo and saute until fragrant.
4. Stir in diced-tomatoes and enough water to dissolve the bouillion cube.
5. Add seasonings and rice and mix thoroughly.
