Do I need Wholesum Meals to use Gear?

No. Gear works on its own. If you plan meals with Wholesum too, the two connect through trips, recipes and the calendar.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you've added a card, Gear carries on and bills monthly or yearly. If not, it pauses and your gear list is kept until you subscribe.

Does my crew need accounts?

Not to scan labels. Staff who plan trips or manage the gear list get their own login, with the permissions you choose.

Can I bring my existing spreadsheet?

Yes. Download the template or upload your own sheet, and match the columns once.
