General
1. Rehyrate mushrooms (+ other veggies) by pouring hot water over them to soak.
2. Cook ramen in water, covering the noodles only slightly.
3. Add soy sauce, peanut butter & coconut powders, and all spices + more water if needed (the noodles should swim!).
4. Add in tofu (shelf stable OR dehydrated), and any rehydrated veggies. Some dry veggie types may go on as a topper, can also sprinkle with TVP or nuts for added crunch!
5. True lime & sesame oil are also nice toppers.
6. For a different take, rehydrate/cook the TVP with the ramen to make it soft.
