Recipe Instructions

Cook Quinoa and Lentils in pot for 10 - 20 minutes. Strain.

In pan, add coconut milk, ginger, cashews, and turmeric. Cook for 5-10 minutes, adding pineapple near end to warm/hydrate. Add coconut flakes and serve.
