Recipe Instructions

1. Cook Quinoa and Lentils in pot for 10 - 20 minutes. Strain.
2. In pan, add coconut milk, ginger, cashews, and turmeric.
3.Cook for 5-10 minutes, adding pineapple near end to warm/hydrate. 4.Add coconut flakes and serve.
