Peanut Thai Noodles

Recipe Instructions

1. Cook rice noodles, strain, and set aside.
2. In separate pan, saute onion in vegetable oil until translucent.
3. On low heat (!), add peanut butter, brown sugar, curry powder and soy sauce to the sautéed onion.
4. Serve noodles with sauce on the side, and peanuts.
