Recipe Instructions

Sautee onion and veggies in oil (can add more variety of vegetables if desired). Boil water to prepare instant mashed potatoes.

When mashed potatoes are prepared, mix in the cooked veggies, cheese, sundried tomatoes, and any seasoning. Garlic powder is key! Add Italian seasoning as desired.

Can switch out powdered cheese for backpacking if desired.

To make vegan, leave out the cheese but season with bouillon cubes!
