Haddock
1. Crush the garlic, set aside
2. Heat oil in skillet until hot. Add Haddock about 4 min. and flip to cook another 3 to 4 min (cooking time may vary depending on thickness, done when it starts to flake)
3. Remove Haddock from pan
4. Add to pan: butter, garlic - cook until fragrant
5. Add capers, lemon juice to the butter and garlic and cook for approx. 1 min.
6. Pour sauce over fish and serve
Asparagus
1. Break off ends
2. Cook on griddle
3. Squeeze fresh lemon to finish
