Recipe Instructions

1. Slice mushrooms & bell peppers
2. Cut the pita bread in half to create pockets.
3. Spread tomato paste inside each pita pocket.
4. Add a layer of cheese to cover the tomato paste.
5. Distribute mushroom & veg amongst the pita pockets.
6. Place olives and optional pepperoni on top of the vegetables.
7. Close the pita pockets and eat cold or heat up on a pan with a lid to melt the cheese and warm the pita.
