1. Heat oil in a pan
Sauté protein & veggies
2. Cook tofu or other protein until lightly browned.
3. Add vegetables and cook until softened.
4. Add sauce
5. Stir in cream of mushroom soup.
6. Add milk or water if needed to reach desired creaminess.
Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
7. Cook noodles
In a separate pot, cook noodles until al dente.
8. Drain and add to the sauce.
9. Stir well so noodles are coated.
Top with Parmesan if desired.
