General
1. Bring water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until soft. Drain water and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan
3. Slice tofu and veggies into chunks or squares and saute
4. Soften up dried mushrooms in a small bowl of water
5. Stir in cream of mushroom soup & dried mushrooms
6. Simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Stir in the noodles and mix until they're evenly coated.
8. Top with Parmesan and/or serve it on the side
