Recipe Instructions

1. (1:1 couscous to water ratio) Bring water to a boil with the lid on.
2. Stir in couscous and replace the lid, remove from heat and set aside. Don't attempt to fluff or stir for 5-10 minutes.
3. Dice vegetables and mix in a large bowl.
4. Stir in cooled couscous and serve with feta mixed in or on the side.
