Recipe Instructions

1. Dice garlic and onion
2. In a large pan, add diced veggies to warm oil on a pan and sautee until fragrant
3. Add canned beans & diced tomatoes to the pan and stir
4. Add enough water to dissolve the bouillon cubes, and spices to the pan and simmer until fragrant
5. Serve with sour cream and cilantro on the side
