Recipe Instructions

1. Combine dehydrated mashed potatoes with water (1:1.5 ratio) in a pot over a medium flame until desired consistency is achieved.
2. Mix in butter to potatoes.
3. Chop mushrooms if fresh, and warm in a hot pan until fragrant. *Don't use oil until after the mushrooms have leeched their water, unless you want soggy mushrooms.
3. Combine gravy mix and water in the pan with mushrooms.
4. Chop tomato, and onions to be served on the side with kimchi and bacon bits and sour cream.
