Recipe Instructions

Pasta: Cook pasta to instructions on package

Cook italian sausage in pan with 2 tbs of olive oil until done.
Remove sausage from pan, leaving drippings.

Add onion and garlic to the pan with another 1tsp of olive oil, cook until onions are just tender

Add white wine, simmer onions and garlic in wine until most of the liquid is cooked off

Add cooked sausage back to pan

Add crushed tomatoes, mix contents together, let simmer for 20 minutes

Turn heat off, add cream and mix
Serve over pasta
