Recipe Instructions
Pre-heat D.O. to 375ish. 12 inch dutch. Blend "Cake" ingredients: 1.5 cup Flour, baking powder, shortening, egg, sugar, salt, milk. Beat vigorously, spread in Dutch. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 25-30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm.
