You can download your recipes from Wholesum as a PDF — either your entire recipe library as a single cookbook, or an individual recipe by way of a one-recipe meal plan.
Download your whole cookbook
This exports every recipe on your account as one PDF, ready to print or keep as a backup.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to Download your cookbook. It will tell you how many recipes are included.
- Click Download PDF.
The file saves to your computer automatically, named with your account name and today's date.
What's in it:
- A cover page with your account name, recipe count and the export date
- One recipe per page, sorted alphabetically by name
- For each recipe: categories, tags, dietary restrictions, menu description, servings, ingredients and instructions
- Substitute ingredients listed underneath the ingredient they replace
- Page numbers throughout, and your account name in the footer
Quantities print exactly as you entered them on the recipe — nothing is scaled to a group size or converted to different units.
If you don't have any recipes yet, this section shows an empty state instead of the button.
Note: Large libraries take a moment to build. If you have several hundred recipes, give the page time to finish before clicking again.
