"Pesto" Pasta with sundried tomatoes

Recipe Instructions

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until soft. Drain most of the water but leave a little (few tablespoons) in the pot so the dry pesto mix creates a nice sauce texture.
2. Add packet of pesto sauce mix to the watery noodles.
3. Mix in sundried tomatoes, and parmesan.
4. Serve with sunflower seeds and extra parm on the side.
