Recipe Instructions

Saute onions separately
Melt butter (2tbsp) and flour then heavy cream
ad seasoning, cheese (melt)
Then add macaroni
Place in deep dish
mix 3 tablespons and 1/2 cup panko crumbs for topping
bake 450 for 15 mins or 350 for 30 mins
