Milk 2%

Evaporated Milk

Condensed Milk

Heavy Cream

Recipe Instructions

Separate Egg yokes, blend with 2/3 cups sugar
Mix Flour, baking powder, Salt, milk, vanilla
beat egg whites with rest of sugar until glossy peaks.
Add egg yokes to flour mix (Folding it together)
Then lightly Fold in egg White mix
Bake 350 degrees for 28-35 minutes
Add syrup on top (poke holes for it to soak in)
Syrup: 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can condensed milk, 1/3 heavy whipping cream - Mix
Add whipped cream on top
Whipped Cream: 3 cups heavy cream mixed with sugar - Whip
