Buttercream Frosting


Ingredients

Egg Whites
3.0 whole
Sugar (White)
0.75 cup(s)
Butter
1.0 cup(s)
Vanilla Extract
2.0 teaspoon(s)
shortening
0.3 cup(s)

Recipe Instructions

Combine whites and sugar. Place in double boiler and heat to 110 degrees. Sugar will disolve. Whip butter and shortening with vanilla till very fluffy. Whip whites to cool (not too stiff). It will be a thick, shiny meringue. Add butter.
