Brown and cook chicken pieces thoroughly in DO. Remove to a plate and set aside to cool.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir onions into cream cheese until well-mixed. Add cooled chicken and stir to combine.
Separate crescent dough into individual triangles. Using and tablespoon, place a scoop of chicken mixture on each piece of dough and roll up starting with the wide end. There should be enough mixture to fill 16 rolls. Place filled rolls in DO. You may want to use a nonstick cooking spay on your DO before you put them in. Cover with lid and bake for 12-15 minutes, or util golden brown, using 10 coals underneath the oven and 14 on top. Remove from oven and serve while still hot.
