Recipe Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the macaroni for about 10 minutes. Add the dried peas and beans and cook for another 5 minutes. Drain macaroni, peas and beans and keep warm in a large pot. Meanwhile, in a wok or frying pan, saute the onions in oil until translucent. Add the carrots to the pan and cook until they start to soften. Add the sauteed onions and carrots to the large pot and stir over low heat. Add tuna, cheddar powder, milk. grated cheese, and pepper. Stir well after each ingredient has been added.
