Recipe Instructions

Combine egg powder, milk, basil, and peppers. Heat oil in skillet or pan, then add egg mixture. Stir occasionally or let it cook slowly and flip it all at once. While this is cooking warm tortillas on a dry, ungreased pan over medium heat just to soften them; a minute per side should be fine. Spoon a small amount of egg mixture into each tortilla and top with cheese and salsa. Fold like an envelope and heat on an ungreased pan until both sides are golden and the cheese is melted.
