Recipe Instructions

Cook bacon and sausage together on griddle until done. Cut sausage and bacon into bite-sized pieces. Set aside and drain off most of the grease. Cook sliced mushrooms until soft and set aside.

Add frozen hash browns and cook, turning frequently until browned.

Return the sausage and bacon pieces and the mushrooms to the griddle with the hash browns. Push aside, making room to pour the egg mixture onto the griddle. Occasionally gently fold the eggs over to cook instead of chopping. As the eggs start to set, begin mixing into the hash brown mixture.

Add the sliced tomatoes, cooking briefly until warmed. Season with black pepper and salt.
