Ingredients are scaled per potato. Wash and slice potatoes. Place potatoes on a piece of foil with 3-4 slices of butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a generous amount of parmesan. Fold foil at top and end to seal contents. Cook on grill or in campfire for 20-30 minutes, or until tender. They cook faster on the hot coals of a campfire.
