For one batch heat 2 or 3 tbsp of oil. This will require constant attention. You want a fair bit of heat but not so much that the oil smokes. When the oil is hot, add 2 tbsp of popping corn and put the lid on. When the popcorn starts popping, keep the wok moving so the popcorn doesn't burn. When all the corn has popped, remove it from the heat. Melt the butter and mix it into the popcorn.
