Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to directions. Cut english muffins in half and butter them. Heat the butter or oil in a skillet. Fry the eggs and the slices of ham. Put the eggs on top of the ham slices and move them to the side of the skillet. Place the English muffins on the skillet buttered side down and heat until slightly browned. Return the Hollandaise sauce to the burner and reheat. Put the muffins on plates, top with ham and eggs and finish with the Hollandaise sauce.
