Recipe Instructions

Dice plum tomatoes small.
Finely chop garlic cloves.
Slice baguettes into 1/2 inch rounds.
Combine the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, italian herbs, red pepper flakes, balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Let sit at room temperature while you toast the bread.

Toast the bread on griddle until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Put Olive Tapenade and any dairy free dips available in bowls and surround with the toasted baguettes.

Also put out service sized olive oil & balsamic vinegar.
