Recipe Instructions

In a heavy bottom pan saute onions and garlic until translucent.
Add rice and cook until light brown and nutty.
Add tomato puree and chicken stock.
Bring to boil, reduce to simmer and cover with a tight lid until tender, about 40 minutes.
