BOAT (Dessert) Congo Bars

margarine or butter

Brown Sugar

Powdered egg
3.0 tablespoon(s)
Flour
2.75 cup(s)
Baking powder
2.5 teaspoon(s)
Salt / Pepper (to taste)

Vanilla Extract
1.0 teaspoon(s)
Chocolate chips
0.5 tablespoon(s)

Recipe Instructions

Melt your margarine, and add in hydrated egg pow and water. Mix well, add vanilla, sugar, and dry ingredients. Add chocolate bits. Spread in a pan and bake 25 – 35 minutes. Cut in squares and serve or save as a trail snack.
