Instructions:
1. Cook rice according to instructions. If you use brown rice, it takes a minimum of 50 minutes, and longer in a slow cooker. or rice cooker.
2. If using Ovaeasy egg crystals: In a Nalgene, hydrate egg crystals according to instructions (2 cups water per 4.5oz pouch)
3. Heat oil in a pan, then add cooked rice and chicken.
4. Pour the egg mixture and soy sauce and scramble everything together, stirring frequently.
5. Serve with optional hot sauce to taste.
Note:
- Any fresh or dehydrated veggies would be great in this recipe, just sauté them in with the rice, tofu, and chicken!
