Recipe Instructions

1. Chop garlic, carrots, green onions (including green tops), other veggies, and dice the tofu.
2. Put in fry pan over medium heat with olive oil, sauté chopped garlic, carrots, other veggies, and green onions, including green tops.
3. Add tofu.
4. Mix eggs in separate bowl and serve separately
5. Add eggs to the fry pan, and scramble
6. Meanwhile, in separate pot, cook noodles according to directions on package, drain off excess water.
7. Add sautéed mixture to noodles, stir, then season with Schezuan sauce.

- You can add other vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, green beans, etc.
- Use gluten free ramen noodles for gluten allergies.
- Can substitute meat in instead of tofu, or leave out tofu for soy allergies.
- Make sure Szechuan sauce and noodles are both gluten free if making for gluten allergies.
- Can eliminate egg for vegans.
