Recipe Instructions

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degreees F.
2. Spread chocolate chips in bottom of a large baking dish (glass preferably).
3. Spread marshmallows over chocolate chips to create an event layer.
4. Bake until marshmallows turn a gold brown color and chocolate underneath is melted.
5. Break graham crackers into smaller pieces in order to make dipping easier (if you do this, there are less hands touching food).
6. let cool slightly so participants don't burn their mouth, serve!

Note:
- Get gluten free graham crackers to make gluten free.
- Marshmallows are not entirely vegan (depends on the vegan though).
- Check for nut contamination in chocolate chips.
- A great alternative to s'mores when there are no fires allowed or we are in the front country!
