Recipe Instructions

Note:
- Good for first morning of backpack trip, before hitting trailhead.

Instructions:
1. Heat butter or oil in fry pan, split and toast muffin halves.
2. Remove muffins, scramble eggs.
3. Put eggs, cheese, and pre-cooked bacon (optional) on muffin.
4. Serve with a piece of fruit.

Substitutions:
- Can use gluten free bread.
- Do not have to include cheese or bacon.
- Can add any available veggies and hot sauces.
