Recipe Instructions

Instructions:

At Sequoia:
-Freeze pesto sauce at least a day ahead of trip so it can keep a couple days, insulated inside in your pack.

In camp:
1. Boil angel hair noodles until al dente, drain.
2. While noodles are still hot, mix in pesto sauce until fully combined (if it does not mix easily, use a little olive oil to help pesto spread over noodles more easily).
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Top with parmesan cheese & chicken, if desired (optional).

Note:
- You can use gluten free noodles if desired.
- Parmesan is optional
- Pesto usually contains some sort of nuts (pine nuts) and parmesan so be carful of allergies here.
