Instructions:
1. Heat pre-cooked chicken chunks in slow cooker or microwave (Alternative: Sauté raw chicken/tofu in pan with olive oil and spices to taste).
2. Warm Naans or pitas in oven (optional)
3. Set out other items in bowls with appropriate serving utensils.
4. Put gyros together as you'd fill a burrito.
Note:
- Tofu, veggies, and garbanzo beans can make a veggie gyro.
- For vegans use garbanzo beans, tofu, veggies and no Tzatziki.
- For gluten free, make rice instead of naan or pita.
