Recipe Instructions

Toast muffins
Slice and Cook Potatoes until crispy top with some cheddar cheese and green onion
cook eggs; either "to order" or scrambled
Slice Sides
Heat Canadian bacon on the grill or griddle
Make Hollandaise sauce ( can be tricky), a lot of whisking
Serve and make it look pretty, Keep the hollandaise sauce warm

If GF serve with GF toast or bagels
if Vegetarians serve with veggie sausage
