- balsamic reduction 0.25 ounce(s)
- Heavy whipping cream 1.0 pint(s)

Whip the cream, add a little sugar and vanilla.
Slice the strawberries-sprinkle a little sugar on them and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to get juicy.
Portion into bowls, top with whipped cream, drizzle with a small amount of balsamic reduction.
Remember to reserve some of the bottle for steak night.
