Mango Cucumber Salad

Romaine

Bell Peppers - Tri colored

Dressing - Oil/Vinegar (Paul Newman)

Recipe Instructions

Julienne Bell Peppers into 2 inch slices & dice Mango. Slice red onion VERY Thin, marinate them in the red wine vinegar. Quick Pickle AKA Quickle. Slice Cucumber into half moons, thin about 1/4 inch. Top mixture of the above on to cut Romaine. Serve with dressing on the side.
