Recipe Instructions

DO NOT DRAIN THE BEANS!
Make the rice according to instructions. In a DO, heat oil on medium heat. Add onions, peppers and garlic and saute until soft, about 4-5 minutes. Add beans, cumin, bay leaf, oregano and salt and pepper Simmer on medium-low heat, stirring, don't let burn. Mix the beans and rice for arroz congri.
