Recipe Instructions

Slice Purple cabbage
Cut green corn off of ears
Slice Cherry tomatoes in half
Slice Cucumber
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and coat with Paul Newman oil & vinegar dressing.
Place mixed greens on each plate and top with the dressed veggie mixture. Top that with feta.
