- Fennel Bulbs 3.0 whole
Recipe Instructions
Slice eggplant into 1/2 inch pieces
Slice Fennel bulbs into thin 1/4 inch slices
Saute Eggplant, fennel & beans in olive oil until soft. Feel free to improvise and use other herbs and seasonings.
