Recipe Instructions

Dice onions into about 1/2 inch chunks, Fine chop the garlic. Saute onions in olive oil until soft. Add the garlic (DO NOT BURN) add the peas and cook until just al dente. Don't over cook the peas! Season with salt & pepper during all phases of cooking process. Feel free to improvise and use other herbs and seasonings.
