Make Marinade: Garlic - finely minced Lemongrass (remove outer shell) - finely minced, fish Sauce, Sugar, Tamari, Vegetable Oil
Marinade flanks as long as possible
Grill over the coals
Cut against the grain at an angle
Serve with chopped cilantro & lime wedge
