Recipe Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients. Add water gradually, stirring to form a slightly sticky dough. Mix in the cheese. Spoon mixture onto hot oiled pan. Cover and cook over medium heat until top is fairly set, then flip and finish cooking. Takes about 20 to 25 minutes. Good trail food.
