Slice peaches early during dinner. sprinkle with some sugar if needed and set aside.
Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Scoop approx 1/2 cup of ice cream in bowl, top with peaches, juice from peaches and sprinkle with brown sugar cinnamon mixtures.
