Recipe Instructions

if no pre-made tzatziki, combine peeled, chopped cucumbers, fresh dill, garlic cloves, lemon and salt and pepper to taste.
Wash parsley. Wrap it in a paper towel and store in a Ziploc.
Marinate Pork in Greek Seasoning and olive oil and juice from 1/2 the lemons.
Follow box instructions for Orzo, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and grape tomatoes cut in half. Top with fresh parsley & oregano and crumbled feta.
Heat pita bread on griddle with olive oil, cut into triangles and serve on side.
Garnish chicken and rice with parsley.
