Recipe Instructions

Fruit Salad - dice up all fruit (except bananas) toss with chia seeds, lime juice and agave just to coat. Let stand while making the rest of breakfast.
Toast the multi-grain bread.
Folks can choose to guac or nutella or peanut butter for toast.
Slice the bananas for nutella toast or with fruit.
Fry the eggs over medium. optional on toast
Serve with salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes and lemon wedge.
