Recipe Instructions

Dice Bell pepper & onion
Saute onions & bells for 2-3 min until soft, add the zukes to saute 2 min more.
Scramble eggs and cook w/ veggies
Toast bread on griddle
SERVE FIRST 5-8 while it's hot. Do another round until everyone is fed. Try and serve in groups so everyone gets a hot breakfast.
